right from the start, it took 2 months to receive one (1) product from the time of payment to the time of possession from Mainland to Taiwan. The box was received damaged by express courrier. one week after using it, I hear a small noise. I think the wheel is rubbing against something. I went to a escooter shop, but because it is still under manufacture warranty, the shop would not touch it. It now has a flat tire, I contacted the manufacturer and I am still dealing with it. The company agreed to send me the parts for free but I have to pay for shipping. Still waiting for their quote for shipping the parts. the sale went smooth, every thing after has been a clogged up. it was my birthday present but summer is almost gone. Starting to feel it was a mistake.
